CS Web Hub

This repo starts with the immersion flows, but it is intentionally structured for the broader customer success surface area: public pages, shared user pages, level-specific experiences, and separate community programs for Brazil and the Hispanic market.

Active Flows

These are the pages live in the new structure today. Each flow keeps a clean canonical route and a legacy alias so existing campaigns can keep working while the repo becomes maintainable.

Planned Information Architecture

The route taxonomy is already designed around the CS team structure so new pages can land without reshuffling the entire repo every month.

Public Pages

Externally shareable landing pages, registration flows, guides, and campaigns.

All Users Pages

Shared post-login or universal customer success pages for every active user.

Specific Level Pages

Level-based content and upgrade paths separated by customer maturity or plan.

Brazilian Community

Brazil-first pages, localized flows, and program experiences for the BR community.

Hispanic Community

Spanish-first pages, localized flows, and program experiences for the Hispano community.

Release Model

Branches are mapped to separate Netlify sites so review happens on staging before anything reaches the live production URL.

staging

Review branch

All day-to-day work lands here first so the CS team can validate changes on the staging site.

production

Live branch

Only reviewed work is promoted here, which deploys to the production Netlify site.
